Is the roadmap tied to AI Workshop doing the development?

No. The roadmap is vendor-neutral and detailed enough for your internal team or any competent partner to execute. Many clients do choose to continue with our AI Development service, but that is a separate decision.

How detailed is the architecture?

Detailed enough to estimate honestly: chosen model classes, integration points, data flows, hosting approach, and governance checkpoints. Implementation-level detail is deliberately left to the build phase where it belongs.

What if the use case turns out weaker than expected?

Then the roadmap says so. It is far cheaper to find that out in a two-to-three-week planning engagement than three months into development. We include a clear go/no-go recommendation.
